Looking for mental health support for yourself or a loved one? We help children, teens, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other concerns, combining thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy when it helps your plan.
In-person appointments are available at our Cypress office (10601 Walker St., Suite 170). Telehealth makes it easier to access mental health care from home anywhere in Orange County, San Diego County, San Diego, Chula Vista, or elsewhere in California. We currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare; other insurers are on our waitlist. Self-pay is available with superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
